Standard Custom Uniforms (5-8 Weeks)
For those who want a truly unique, bespoke custom design.
*Approval is required to proceed with production.
It is important to ensure you provide a 300DPI or vector logo file; or the highest quality available with Pantone colours, to have your logo redrawn. If opting for Design Your Own, the same quality of artwork/design is required to maintain quality. Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out within 24 hours with your customised artwork presentation for approval*. Fast-track production is available, enquire with our team.
Review your artwork presentation and provide feedback in writing. You are welcome to request any changes at this time, amendments at a later stage may incur a fee. Once you approve the design and complete payment, we will submit your order for production.
We will send you pressing sample proofs for your review. Please advise if you would like changes to logo placement or colours. Immediate approval is required to progress production*.
Your order is finalised by our suppliers and undergoes quality control before shipment.
Your order will be dispatched from our Meanjin warehouse, and you will receive tracking details once it’s on the way!
Express Uniforms and Merchandise (7-10 Days)
For fast turnaround on custom designs. Stock is subject to availability in our Meanjin warehouse. Please contact us if for further information of availability. Express Custom Uniforms differs to Fast-Track ordering.

Bespoke Art & Special Projects
For custom projects incorporating original, commissioned artwork.
Work with our Yarn Corporate team to select the right artist and artwork style for you. We can commission a bespoke piece of artwork that reflects your brand.
Collaborate with our artists to finalise your design. You may then use this artwork to order uniforms and merchandise for your team.
Timeline varies based on project complexity; our team will guide you through expected delivery.
Off The Shelf
For immediate dispatch on in-stock and bulk quantities.
Choose from our range of uniforms and merchandise, stock as is.
Bulk ordering discounts are calculated on the basis of quantities.
Once your order is received, we pack and ship it from our Meanjin within 1-3 business days. Standard and express shipping available.
