Please ensure that you choose your designs and sizes carefully, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or for changes of mind. It's important to double-check your selections to avoid any issues, as our policy does not cover these types of returns. If you have any questions or need assistance with sizing or design choices, our customer service team is always here to help you make the best decision. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our high standards of service and product quality.

Wrong Order

At Yarn Corp, we work diligently to ensure that our artwork is accurate and meets the highest standards. We take pride in setting and maintaining top-quality design standards.

We kindly ask that you carefully review the artwork sent for your approval, as Yarn Corp will not be liable for any mistakes found after production that have been approved (either signed or confirmed via email) by the customer on the Artwork Proof.

Our suppliers have been carefully selected to ensure we deliver the highest quality products possible. If the supplied product or decoration differs from what was approved (either signed or confirmed via email) by the customer, Yarn Corp will take full responsibility and either issue a full refund or reprint your products free of charge.

Claims must be made within a week of receiving your product, and an outcome will be agreed upon by both parties within two weeks of the complaint being received.

Faulty Products

At Yarn Corp, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, in the rare event of a manufacturer’s fault, we are prepared to offer a full replacement or refund. To initiate this process, claims must be made within one week of receiving the item. Additionally, we may require the faulty item to be returned to us within two weeks of the claim, in the same condition it was received. Unfortunatelly, we cannot accommodate claims made outside of these time frames. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Cancellation Fee

At Yarn Corp, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of an order. We are committed to handling such situations with understanding and flexibility, aiming to keep any associated cancellation fees as low as possible.
