This artwork represents rain splashing down, causing ripples on the ocean. I was inspired to paint this when I went back home to Warrnambool during winter and saw it raining at the beach. I find it so calming seeing the pattern the rain made, it made me reflect on how something so simple can be so beautiful and calming
