Terms and Conditions: Yarn Corporate Team Threads Program

1. General Overview Welcome to Yarn Corporate’s Team Threads Program (the “Program”). By applying for this initiative, applicants agree to the following terms and conditions. This Program is designed to empower small teams with custom uniforms featuring First Nations artwork, celebrating unity, culture, and community impact.

2. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the Program, teams must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a small team with 5-20 members.

  • Operate in health, education, social services, or demonstrate community impact.

  • Commit to collaboration through content creation, feedback, and promotion.

  • Demonstrate a clear need for support and alignment with Yarn Corporate’s mission and values.

3. Application Process Applicants must complete the official application form, providing accurate and truthful information, including:

  • Company name and contact details.

  • Team size.

  • A description of the team’s activities and impact.

  • Social media and website links (if available).

Incomplete or falsified applications will be disqualified.

4. Responsibilities of Winning Teams 

Winning teams are required to:

  • Provide high-quality photos of team members wearing the uniforms.

  • Submit feedback and answers to provided questions, including the team’s story, chosen artwork, and its impact on the team and community.

  • Allow Yarn Corporate to share this content on its website, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Consent to a feature highlighting their team and activities.

  • Post about the sponsorship on their own social media channels (if applicable).


5. Selection Process Each month, one team will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Fitting the eligibility criteria 

  • Demonstrated potential for community impact.

  • Willingness to collaborate on content creation, promotion, and feedback.

  • Clear objectives and alignment with Yarn’s values.

Applicants are automatically considered for ongoing monthly selections unless withdrawn.

6. Program Benefits Selected teams will receive:

  • One uniform per team member (up to 20 members).

  • One category of workwear per team 

  • Choice of polos, scrubs, tees, fashion tops, or blouses.

  • Customisation with the team’s logo and selected artwork from Yarn’s catalogue.

7. Intellectual Property All designs and logos provided by the winning team will remain their property. However, Yarn Corporate retains the right to use submitted photos, stories, and feedback for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Usage By applying, teams agree to Yarn Corporate’s use of submitted information for the purposes of evaluating applications and promoting the Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Yarn Corporate’s Privacy Policy.

9. Disqualification Yarn Corporate reserves the right to disqualify teams for:

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Failing to meet content collaboration requirements.

  • Violating any terms outlined in this document.

10. Timeline and Communication

  • Winners will be announced monthly.

  • Once selected, winners will be contacted directly to finalise uniform designs and logistics.

  • Yarn Corporate will only contact winning applicants.

11. Limitations of Liability Yarn Corporate is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues arising from uniform production or delivery. By participating, applicants waive any claims against Yarn Corporate related to the Program.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions Yarn Corp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be made available on the Program’s official page.
